Hello, I'm Lori

I'm Lori Malek — a mom of three, an RTT Therapist, Hypnotherapist, and Fertility Coach, and someone who has walked the path of deep personal struggle before finding her way through.

For many years, I was quietly struggling — with weight, anxiety, depression, and an overwhelming feeling of being lost, unseen, and unheard. I kept thinking, life shouldn't be this hard.

It wasn't until I discovered Marisa Peer and Rapid Transformational Therapy that something finally shifted. For the first time, I wasn't just managing my pain — I was getting to the root of it. That's when I knew I couldn't not share this work with others.

Today, I support people by:

• Installing new internal narratives
• Integrating lasting, meaningful change

As a mom of three, I understand the weight of carrying others while quietly neglecting yourself. I hold a warm, safe space for you to finally come home to yourself.
